"Health care personnel"

Sec. 4. (a) As used in this article, "health care personnel" means the following:

(1) A nurse aide (as defined in IC 16-28-13-1).

(7) Except as provided in subsection (b), any other individual licensed or authorized by the state to provide health care or professional services to residents or patients of a health care facility.
