"Elementary school"

Sec. 4. "Elementary school" means any combination of kindergarten and grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8.
Sec. 4. "Elementary school" means any school that provides instruction for any of the following:
(1) Kindergarten.
(2) Grade 1.
(3) Grade 2.
(4) Grade 3.
(5) Grade 4.
(6) Grade 5.
(7) Grade 6.
(8) Grade 7.
(9) Grade 8.
