Corrective action plan; executive session

Sec. 14. The superintendent of a school corporation that is required to submit a corrective action plan shall update the governing body of the school corporation, as requested by the governing body, concerning the implementation of the corrective action plan submitted to the DUAB. The governing body may meet in executive session to receive the updates of the superintendent.
Sec. 14. The governing body of a school corporation that is required to prepare a corrective action plan may meet in executive session to discuss all aspects of the corrective action plan, including voting to approve a corrective action plan or modifications under section 16 of this chapter.
