Sec. 2. The governing body of a school corporation may establish a school corporation police department under this chapter.
Sec. 2. The governing body of a school corporation or the equivalent for a charter school or accredited nonpublic school may establish a school corporation, charter school, or accredited nonpublic school police department under this chapter.
