License revocation and suspension

As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.12

Sec. 7. On the written recommendation of the secretary of education, the department may suspend or revoke a license for:

(1) immorality;

(2) misconduct in office;

(3) incompetency; or

(4) willful neglect of duty.

For each suspension or revocation, the department shall comply with IC 4-21.5-3.
