Online training

Sec. 1.5. After June 30, 2024, if an online platform is established or licensed for use under IC 20-19-3-29, the training described in any of the following statutes must be provided through the online platform:

IC 20-26-5-34.4.

IC 20-26-9-8.

IC 20-28-3-4.5.

IC 20-28-5.5-1.

IC 20-34-7-6.

IC 20-34-7-7.

IC 20-34-8-9.

IC 20-35.5.
