Ind. Code § 20-30-5-21

Program, class, or activity contrary to curriculum prohibited

Sec. 21. A state accredited school may not offer, support, or promote any student program, class, or activity that provides student instruction that is contrary to a curriculum required to be provided to students under this chapter.
