Alternate diploma for students with significant cognitive disabilities

Sec. 14. (a) The state board shall create an alternate diploma for students with significant cognitive disabilities. The diploma must be:

(b) Not more than one percent (1%) of students of a cohort may receive the alternate diploma established by the state board under subsection (a).
