Sec. 4. In addition to the amount a school corporation is entitled to receive in basic tuition support, each school corporation is entitled to receive a grant for career and technical education programs. The amount of the grant is determined as follows:
Sec. 4. (a) Except as provided under subsection (b), in addition to the amount a school corporation is entitled to receive in basic tuition support, each school corporation is entitled to receive a grant for career and technical education programs. For state fiscal years beginning after June 30, 2023, the amount of the grant is the sum of:
(1) For state fiscal years beginning after June 30, 2015, and ending before July 1, 2018, under section 12 of this chapter.
(2) For state fiscal years beginning after June 30, 2018, under section 15 of this chapter.
(1) the aggregate amount determined under section 15 of this chapter; plus
(2) the amount determined for the school corporation under section 15.5 of this chapter.
(b) A school corporation may not receive a grant under this chapter for a student enrolled in a career and technical education program if the student is enrolled in the CSA program established by IC 20-51.4-3-1.5.
