Resolution to extend a referendum levy; adoption and approval deadline; projected charter school distributions

Sec. 8.5. A resolution to extend a referendum levy must be:

(1) adopted by the governing body of a school corporation; and

(b) For a resolution described in section 21 or 22 of this chapter that is adopted under this section, the resolution must include the projected charter school distributions described in section 8(e) of this chapter and indicate the distributions to applicable charter schools in accordance with this chapter.
