Sec. 17. (a) The state comptroller shall on December 31 and June 30 of each year transfer from the veterans memorial school construction fund to the state general fund the total amount of money advanced by the state board from the state general fund to school corporations under this chapter.
(b) The state comptroller shall at the time of a distribution of state tuition support transfer to the veterans memorial school construction fund an amount equal to the amount withheld from the distribution to school corporations that have received advancements under this chapter.
