Tutoring for homeless children

Sec. 3. Each school corporation shall provide tutoring for a child enrolled in a school operated by the school corporation who is:
Sec. 3. Each school corporation shall provide tutoring for children enrolled in a school operated by the school corporation who are homeless children and youths, if the school corporation determines the children have a demonstrated need for tutoring.
(1) in foster care; or
(2) a homeless child;
if the school corporation determines the child has a demonstrated need for tutoring.
