"Approved secondary school"

Sec. 5. "Approved secondary school" means:

(1) a public high school located in Indiana; and
(1) a public high school located in Indiana; and
(2) any school, located in or outside Indiana, that in the judgment of the state superintendent provides a course of instruction at the secondary level and maintains standards of instruction substantially equivalent to those of public high schools located in Indiana.
(2) any school, located in or outside Indiana, that in the judgment of the secretary of education provides a course of instruction at the secondary level and maintains standards of instruction substantially equivalent to those of public high schools located in Indiana.
