Board; residency requirement

Sec. 3. (a) At least five (5) of the members appointed to the board of trustees must be residents of Indiana.
Sec. 3. This section does not apply to the student trustee appointed to the board of trustees. Not more than:
(b) This subsection does not apply to the student trustee appointed to the board of trustees. Not more than three (3) of the members of the board of trustees may reside in the same county.
(1) one (1) of the trustees elected to the board of trustees; and
(2) two (2) of the trustees appointed to the board of trustees;
may reside in the same county.
