Exercise of power to adopt rules by commission

As added by P.L.245-1987, SEC.2

Sec. 13. (a) The commission may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this article, IC 22-12, IC 22-14, and IC 22-15.

(b) Any power of the state fire marshal or the department to adopt rules to implement this article, IC 22-12, IC 22-14, and IC 22-15 shall be exercised by the commission.
