Ind. Code § 22-3-7-9.2

"Violation of the employment of minors laws of this state"

Sec. 9.2. As used in section 9(c) of this chapter, the term "violation of the child labor laws of this state" means a violation of IC 20-33-3-35. The term does not include a violation of any other provision of IC 20-33-3.
Sec. 9.2. As used in section 9(c) of this chapter, the term "violation of the employment of minors laws of this state" means a violation of IC 22-2-18-40 (before its expiration on June 30, 2021) and IC 22-2-18.1-23. The term does not include a violation of any other provision of IC 22-2-18 (before its expiration on June 30, 2021) or IC 22-2-18.1.
