Sec. 23. "Initial claim" means a written application, in a form prescribed by the department, made by an individual for the determination of the individual's status as an insured worker.
Sec. 23. "New claim" means an application, in the form and manner prescribed by the department, made by an individual for the determination of the individual's status as an insured worker.
