Sec. 6. Any interested party to the dispute shall mean and include the protesting employing unit, the commissioner, and any person appearing to the liability administrative law judge to be necessary or indispensable to the determination of the issues involved in the hearing.
Sec. 6. Any interested party to the dispute shall mean and include:
(1) the protesting employing unit;
(2) the individual protesting the definition of employment under IC 22-4-8;
(3) the commissioner; and
(4) any person appearing to the liability administrative law judge to be necessary or indispensable to the determination of the issues involved in the hearing.
