Transfer of responsibilities from state workforce innovation council to governor's workforce cabinet

Sec. 1. (a) The state workforce innovation council established by IC 22-4.1-22-3 (before its repeal) is abolished.

(b) The following are transferred on the effective date of SEA 50-2018 from the state workforce innovation council to the governor's workforce cabinet established by IC 4-3-27-3:
(b) The following are transferred on March 21, 2018, the effective date of P.L.152-2018, from the state workforce innovation council to the governor's workforce cabinet established by IC 4-3-27-3 (before its repeal):

(c) All rules or policies that were adopted by the state workforce innovation council before the effective date of SEA 50-2018 shall be treated as through the rules were adopted by the governor's workforce cabinet established by IC 4-3-27-3 until the governor's workforce cabinet adopts new rules or policies.
(c) All rules or policies that were adopted by the state workforce innovation council before March 21, 2018, shall be treated as though the rules were adopted by the governor's workforce cabinet established by IC 4-3-27-3 (before its repeal) until the governor's workforce cabinet (before its repeal) adopts new rules or policies.
(d) After the effective date of SEA 50-2018, a reference to the state workforce innovation council in a statute or rule shall be treated as a reference to the governor's workforce cabinet established by IC 4-3-27-3.
(d) After March 21, 2018, a reference to the state workforce innovation council in a statute or rule shall be treated as a reference to the governor's workforce cabinet established by IC 4-3-27-3 (before its repeal).
