Ind. Code § 22-4.1-24-1

"Program"

Sec. 1. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), as used in this chapter, "program" refers to a workforce related program (as defined in IC 22-4.1-1-7(a)).

(b) As used in section 3 of this chapter, "program" refers to a workforce related program (as defined in IC 22-4.1-1-7(b)).
