Attorney general may bring action on behalf of the state or a political subdivision

Sec. 5.1. The attorney general may bring an action on behalf of the state or a political subdivision (as defined in IC 34-6-2.1-155) for injuries or damages sustained directly or indirectly as a result of a violation of this chapter.
