Sec. 1. The following definitions apply throughout this chapter:
Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "low THC hemp extract" has the meaning set forth in IC 35-48-1.1-27.
(2) "Low THC hemp extract" has the meaning set forth in IC 35-48-1-17.5.
