Ind. Code § 24-9-9-4

Sec. 4. On or before June 30 and December 31 of each year the state comptroller shall distribute one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) of the mortgage recording fee to the state general fund and one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) of the mortgage recording fee to the homeowner protection unit account established by IC 4-6-12-9.
