Sec. 6. (a) A licensed dietitian must display the license in a conspicuous part of the office in which the licensed dietitian practices nutrition therapy services.
(b) Whenever practicing the profession of dietetics outside of or away from the office or place of business, the licensed dietitian shall make available to each patient the licensed dietitian's name, office address, and the number of the license.
