Licensure in different state

Sec. 5. Upon application, licensure may be provided to a person who is licensed or certified as a geologist in a state that has standards for licensure or certification at least equal to those for licensure under this chapter, as determined by the board.
Sec. 5. Upon application, licensure may be provided to a person who is a licensed geologist in a state that has standards for licensure that contain substantially equal requirements to those for licensure under this chapter, as determined by the board.
