Sec. 4. (a) A vacancy in the membership of the board shall be filled by an individual appointed by the governor for the unexpired term in the same manner as the original appointment was made.
(b) A member may not serve more than two (2) consecutive terms in addition to any unexpired term to which the individual was appointed. A member may serve until a successor has been appointed and qualified under this chapter.
Sec. 4. A member of the board may be removed under IC 25-1-6.5-4.
