Required board consultation with certain agencies and task force to promulgate rules
As added by P.L.119-2011, SEC.4
Sec. 6. The board shall consult with the following agencies and task force in promulgating rules under this chapter:
(1) The department of environmental management.
(2) The Indiana department of health.
(3) The state police department.
(4) The Indiana hazardous waste task force.
