Sec. 2. (a) The committee consists of five (5) members appointed by the governor for terms of three (3) years.

(A) are residents of Indiana;
(B) have at least three (3) years experience as physician assistants; and
(C) are licensed under this article.

(3) An individual who: (A) is a resident of Indiana; and (B) is not associated with physician assistants in any way other than as a consumer.
