Sec. 3. A member of the board serves a term of three (3) years and until the member's successor is appointed and qualified.
Sec. 3. A member of the board serves a term:
(1) if appointed before July 1, 2019, of three (3) years and until the member's successor is appointed and qualified; and
(2) if appointed after June 30, 2019, a term under IC 25-1-6.5.
