Revocation; divorce; annulment of marriage; change in circumstances

Sec. 8. If after making a will the testator is divorced, all provisions in the will in favor of the testator's spouse are revoked. Annulment of the testator's marriage shall have the same effect as a divorce. With this exception, no written will, nor any part of the will, can be revoked by any change in the circumstances or condition of the testator.
Sec. 8. If after making a will the testator's marriage is dissolved or annulled, all provisions in the will in favor of the testator's former spouse are revoked as of the time of the dissolution or annulment of the marriage. The will provisions are reinstated if the testator remarries the former spouse.
