Prosecuting attorneys; time for electing

Sec. 12. A prosecuting attorney shall be elected in each judicial circuit in 2018 and every four (4) years thereafter in accordance with Article 7, Section 16 of the Constitution of the State of Indiana.
Sec. 12. A prosecuting attorney shall be elected in each judicial circuit in 2026, 2030, 2034, 2038, 2042, and every four (4) years thereafter in accordance with Article 7, Section 16 of the Constitution of the State of Indiana.
