Election of governor, lieutenant governor, and attorney general; time for electing

Sec. 6. The following public officials shall be elected in 2020 and every four (4) years thereafter:

(1) Governor.

(4) Superintendent of public instruction. This subdivision does not apply after December 31, 2020.
