Acceptance of delivery of additional identifying information at post office on election day

As added by P.L.5-1986, SEC.7

Sec. 11. On election day, the county voter registration office shall visit the appropriate post office to accept delivery of mail containing documentation submitted by a voter to comply with IC 3-7-33-4.5 or IC 3-7-33-4.7. The office shall immediately notify the county election board regarding the filing of this documentation.
