Absentee voter wishing to vote in person after poll list is marked

As added by P.L.3-1993, SEC.176 and P.L.19-1993, SEC.2

Sec. 20. If a voter has marked and returned an absentee ballot, the voter may not vote in person except as provided in section 21 of this chapter.
