Eligibility for compensation; compliance with certain statutes

Sec. 28. A member of a precinct election board is entitled to compensation under sections 25 and 26 of this chapter only if the member complies with the requirements of IC 3-12-2-7. A person who violates IC 3-12-2-7, as determined by the county election board, may not be selected to serve as a member of a precinct election board in the county where the person committed the violation for five (5) years after the date of the violation.
Sec. 28. A member of a precinct election board is entitled to compensation under sections 25 and 26 of this chapter only if the member complies with the requirements of:
(1) IC 3-12-2-7;
(2) IC 3-12-3-10; and
(3) IC 3-12-3.5-4.
A person who violates IC 3-12-2-7, IC 3-12-3-10, or IC 3-12-3.5-4, as determined by the county election board, may not be selected to serve as a member of a precinct election board in the county where the person committed the violation for five (5) years after the date of the violation.
