citing decisions per year

Court decisions citing this, by year. The dip in the last several years is a data-coverage gap, not a real trend — our corpus holds fewer opinions from the most recent years, so recent citations are undercounted.

Sec. 1. The court shall order the father to pay at least fifty percent (50%) of the reasonable expenses of the mother's pregnancy and childbirth, including the cost of:

(1) prenatal care;

(2) delivery;

(3) hospitalization;

(4) other necessary and reasonable expenses incurred in connection with the child's birth;

(5) postpartum expenses; and

(6) postnatal care.
