Sec. 1. This chapter applies to the voluntary termination of the parent-child relationship by parents.
Sec. 1. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), this chapter applies to the voluntary termination of the parent-child relationship by parents.
(b) This chapter does not apply to termination of the parent-child relationship involving a safe haven infant.
