Sec. 47. "Foster parent", for purposes of the juvenile law, means an individual who provides care and supervision to a child in a foster family home (as defined in IC 31-9-2-46.9).
Sec. 47. "Foster parent", for purposes of the juvenile law, means an individual who provides care and supervision to a child in a foster family home (as defined in IC 31-9-2-46.9). The term includes a licensed kinship caregiver and an unlicensed kinship caregiver.
