"Long term foster parent"

Sec. 76.5. "Long term foster parent", for purposes of IC 31-34-21-4 and IC 31-34-21-4.5, has the meaning set forth in IC 31-34-21-4.6.
Sec. 76.5. "Long term foster parent", for purposes of IC 31-32-2.5 and IC 31-34-21, means a foster parent who has provided care and supervision for a child:
(1) for at least the twelve (12) most recent months;
(2) for at least fifteen (15) months of the most recent twenty-two (22) months; or
(3) if the child is less than twelve (12) months of age, for at least six (6) months.
