Ind. Code § 31-9-2-83

"Noncustodial parent"

As added by P.L.1-1997, SEC.1

Sec. 83. "Noncustodial parent", for purposes of IC 31-14-15, IC 31-16-6-1.5, and IC 31-17-4, means the parent who is not the custodial parent.
