Transfer of fees

Sec. 3. On June 30 and December 31 each year, the auditor of state shall transfer to the treasurer of state for deposit in the state fund the fees distributed to the auditor of state under IC 33-37-7-2(b) and IC 33-37-7-8(d).
Sec. 3. On June 30 and December 31 each year, the state comptroller shall transfer to the treasurer of state for deposit in the state fund the fees distributed to the state comptroller under IC 33-37-7-2(b) and IC 33-37-7-8(d).
