Sec. 3. A person elected to the office of prosecuting attorney, before entering upon the duties of the office, shall execute a bond in the manner prescribed by IC 5-4-1.
Sec. 3. A person elected to the office of prosecuting attorney, before entering upon the duties of the office, shall execute a bond or crime insurance policy in the manner prescribed by IC 5-4-1.
