Sec. 115.5. (a) "Emergency medical services provider", for purposes of IC 35-42-2-1, has the meaning set forth in IC 16-41-10-1. This term includes a staff member in the emergency department of a hospital.
(b) "Emergency medical services provider", for purposes of IC 35-44.1-3-1 and IC 35-46-1-4, has the meaning set forth in IC 16-41-10-1.
