Sec. 3. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b) or unless otherwise defined in statute, "accused", for purposes of IC 35-40, has the meaning set forth in IC 35-40-4-2.
(b) "Accused", for purposes of IC 35-40-5-11.5, has the meaning set forth in IC 35-40-5-11.5.
