"Communicates" or "communicating"

Sec. 47.5. "Communicates", for purposes of IC 35-45-2-1, has the meaning set forth in IC 35-45-2-1(c).
Sec. 47.5. "Communicates" or "communicating" means to make a statement to another person, directly, indirectly, or through an intermediary. The term includes a statement made to another person or on behalf of another person by any medium, including in person, in writing, electronically, on a social networking web site, or telephonically.
