"Constant supervision"

Sec. 2.3. As used in this chapter, "constant supervision" means monitoring a violent offender twenty-four (24) hours each day by means described in section 12(b) of this chapter.
Sec. 2.3. As used in this chapter, "constant supervision" means monitoring a violent offender in accordance with the requirements described in IC 35-38-2.7.
