License to carry handgun; fees; resident of another state

Sec. 4. (a) Licenses to carry handguns issued under section 3 of this chapter are valid for:

(d) The superintendent may not issue a lifetime license to a person who is a resident of another state. The superintendent may issue a five (5) year license to a person who is a resident of another state and who has a regular place of business or employment in Indiana as described in section 3(a)(3) of this chapter.
