"Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act"

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act" refers to the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (P.L. 111-148), as amended by the federal Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (P.L. 111-152), as amended from time to time, and regulations or guidance issued under those acts.
Sec. 1. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), as used in this chapter, "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act" refers to the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (P.L. 111-148), as amended by the federal Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (P.L. 111-152), as amended from time to time, and regulations or guidance issued under those acts.
(b) As used in section 5 of this chapter, "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act" refers to the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (P.L. 111-148), as amended by the federal Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (P.L. 111-152), and regulations or guidance issued under those acts, all as in effect on January 1, 2019.
