Report on professional services contracts

Sec. 22. (a) As used in this section, "professional services" means the furnishing of services by any of the following:

(b) Before August 15 of each year, each state agency shall file with the commissioner a report concerning the professional services contracts that:

(c) The commissioner shall include in the annual report made under section 27 of this chapter information concerning the professional services contracts awarded by each state agency during the preceding state fiscal year.
