Sec. 22. (a) The commission shall file a written annual report with the governor before September 1 of each year. The commission shall file any additional reports that the governor requests.

(3) The development and fiscal impact of sports wagering conducted under IC 4-38.
(4) Any additional information and recommendations that: (A) the commission considers useful; or (B) the governor requests.
